| So I just feel like I need to post this, after so long. I really feel like my wife and I are being attacked by our church. We voted Obama AND we are God fearing Christians who thank the Father daily for His Son and the grace and peace He brings to our life. Are we so foolish as to think that God doesn't have a plan for this country that involves President Elect Obama? Would God really allow such a terrible person to rule over what is supposed to be the home base of Christianity? The accusations and the slander are just propaganda that the church has been swept up in. I feel like I am being called all the same things that Obama is underneath their breath. I wonder if this is what real persecution feels like?
My sister says she is ashamed to be called an American. I'm ashamed to say that this country has stood by while millions of babies have been murdered silently. I am proud to say that I voted for a candidate that said he wanted to stop the issues behind abortion by promoting places like Life Choices or teaching abstinance instead of just saying "Abortion is wrong because Jesus said so." I am proud to say I voted for someone who wants to end the senseless murder of American Troops in Iraq. I am proud to say I voted Dem. even though I am truly a Rep. If people would just let down their walls and stop listening to the lies that were spread by both sides and really read the facts themselves and they still persecuted, then atleast it would be a pure persecution not just a blind inquisition.

| Don't know if I'm back or just checking in.

| What does it mean to die a little everyday just to stay the same? What do you die to daily? When is the last time you reflected on what you give up to be a christian? Just a few questions running through my brain at 2.15 in the AM.

| Hey, I'm back home. Thanks for all the prayers. They payed off big time. God has been good to all of us in B Co. He brought us all back safe. I don't know how much I'll update this thing now, but I'll try to keep up on it. Thanks again and I hope to see you all soon.

| This is my anthem for the next few weeks...
I've been stuck in this whirlwind
My life's been spinning round my head
Long distance conversations
Make up for me not being there
And now I'm coming home
I'm coming home to you again
I hope you feel the same
Now I'm coming home
I'm coming home to you again
I hope things haven't changed
Singin'
I've been locked inside this freight train
Unaware of the normal life I had
Frustration building a foundation
I wrote this song to let you know that I'll be back
Screamin'
I hope you feel the same
I can't stop, can't stop thinking
About what you do when you're alone
Let's cut right to the chase girl
Take back the time, time that we've lost, time we've lost
